The Victorian government has issued multiple licences to operate Keno. KenoGO is one of these and operates online only at this time. Where can I play KenoGO online?

Who can play KenoGO.com.au?

Australian residents aged 18 years or older can register and play on KenoGO.com.au. Under the conditions of its Licences, we are required to verify a Player's age and identity when a Player opens an account.

Can I play in NSW, QLD, SA, NT, TAS, WA and ACT?

Yes, KenoGO is now available to all Australian residents.

Are there any fees on KenoGO.com.au?

KenoGO does not charge fees for purchasing tickets, registration or verification of your account, depositing money or transferring winnings to your bank account. You only pay for the tickets you play. Your credit card provider may charge a cash advance fee should you deposit by that method.

Is playing KenoGO secure?

Yes. All transactions are securely encrypted using a secure SSL connection, just like banks do. Gameplay

How do I play KenoGO?

To play KenoGO you first need to register for a KenoGO account - click on the menu (or 'Account' in the app) and select 'Create an account'. Once your account is active, choose the game you wish to play, pick up to 10 numbers from 1 to 80 (or use a 'quickie' option), choose how much to spend and the number of games, then buy your ticket.

How do I watch the live KenoGO draw?

Simply select Live Draw from the navigation menu to watch the live KenoGO draw on the website or the iPhone or Android apps. You do not have to be in a venue to watch the draw.

Which KenoGO games can I play online?

KenoGO online currently has four Keno games: KenoGO Classic, KenoGO Bonus, KenoGO Jackpot and Heads or Tails. See our How to Play guide for the full details.

Can I choose my own numbers?

You can choose your own numbers for each ticket, or select them automatically using one of the 'Quickie' options. You can also select 'Hot' and 'Cold' numbers by pressing the relevant button.

Can I save my numbers?

Yes. When selecting your numbers, click 'Save' to store them for next time. You can also replay a previous ticket from 'My tickets' by opening it and pressing 'Play Again'.

How do I know if I have won a prize?

You will be notified of any winnings immediately on the live draw screen of your account. All wins are credited to your KenoGO account balance once payouts are confirmed.

How do you check KenoGO results?

You can check all KenoGO results via the results page. Simply enter the date you'd like to see and the games for that day will be displayed. You can also search specific game numbers.

What are hot and cold numbers?

Hot numbers are the most frequently drawn numbers in the last 24 hours, whilst cold numbers are the least frequently drawn numbers in the last 24 hours.

Can I cancel a ticket?

A ticket can only be cancelled in an upcoming draw whilst tickets in that draw can still be purchased. Go to 'My Tickets', select the ticket, then press 'Cancel Ticket' and confirm. Any games not yet drawn will be cancelled and funds returned to your account.

Will I have to share the major jackpot prize?

If there are multiple Tier One Top Prize winners across KenoGO Classic, Bonus and Jackpot in the same draw and the total payout exceeds the maximum, the payouts will be pro-rated and shared. For more information, please check the KenoGO Rules.

Payments

What are my deposit options?

KenoGO offers Apple Pay, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) and bank transfer. Note that a bank transfer can take up to 3 business days to be credited to your account.

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount is $1.

How do I receive my winnings?

Withdraw your winnings to your bank account by signing in and choosing 'Withdraw' from the menu. Choose the amount and confirm your bank details. The money is transferred to your bank account within one working day.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

No. There are no minimum withdrawal restrictions from your winnings at KenoGO. Any deposits must be turned over prior to withdrawal, however.

How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?

Withdrawals are sent multiple times per day. If your bank accepts fast withdrawals, you should receive your funds within a few hours. Some withdrawals may take 1-2 business days.

Player Account

How do I open a new account?

Click on the player icon in the top right (or 'Account' in the app), click 'Create an account', and fill in the form: email address, password, full name, date of birth and address. Then click 'Create a New Account'.

I am unable to log in to my account - what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the log in section and click the "Forgotten?" password button to reset it. Do not open a new account, as this is against the Terms and Conditions.

How do I edit my registered personal details?

Log in and choose 'My Account', then 'Account details' and 'Edit' to change your email or password. Name, date of birth, address and phone number can only be changed by emailing the required documents to [email protected].

How can I view the transactions on my account?

Sign in and choose 'Transactions' from the menu. Here you can see deposits, payments and credits from your wins, each with details and reference numbers.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing communications?

Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email or SMS, or log in, select 'My Account' and update your preferences. You will still receive critical correspondence regarding your account. See Marketing Messages.

How can I close my account?

Log into your KenoGO account, tap on the avatar in the top right corner (or 'Account' in the app) and follow the prompts in 'My Account' to close your account.

Account Verification

Why do I need to verify my account?

Due to licence requirements, KenoGO is required to verify the account of every player upon registration. KenoGO is regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) and must perform mandatory identification checks on all players.

How do I verify my player account?

Select 'My Account' in the menu, click 'Edit' on the Account and Responsible Gambling Status section and follow the prompts. Alternatively, email a copy of your identity document (passport, driving licence, ID card or proof of age card) plus a bank/utility bill to [email protected]. The account will be reviewed within 5 working days.
